hello i do hospitality, it(VET), business studies, general maths and standard english
will i be eligible to get a atar ? :/:/ because both ITVET and hospitality were/are category B subjects. please help

I think you can get an ATAR. Don't hold against me if I am 100% wrong. I think you are fine.

Ask your school, you may be ineligible because you don't do 8 units of Category A. (IT and Hospitality are both B I think)

However you MAY be eligible if IT is one of those ones you can do an exam in to make it count for ATAR?

Usually your school has a subject portfolio which are given to all students entering year 11. Read the fine print on the Vet courses, I think you're not eligible, but to confirm ask your Career advisor.

You will not be eligible to get an ATAR as only 8 units out of the 10 you are studying will count towards your ATAR. This is because both Hospitality & IT are category B subjects. Only 2 units from a category B subject can contribute towards your ATAR.

Your school really shouldn't have allowed you to enrol in 4 units of category B courses if you only have 10 units
If you cannot pick up another subject you probably have to do pathways or something
