Does anyone know wether the formulas are going to be provided again this year?

And... I've realised that in a lot of the past papers they continuously referred to yr 11 stuff ( like skills management and change ) so are you guys going over that stuff too?
And.... I don't know if it's just my textbook but there's literally nothing on 'change' other than resistance to change as part of the operations strategies?

it's the easiest topic. I need to flaunt my knowledge, can't really in marketing it's too generic, all the same craps is recycled. ie, I'm not going to wow the marker with a 4ps essay.
