I don't think you need China's management of Covid lol. Maybe just focus on like Open Door Policy, enrolment in WTO as these were more prominent.

If you were to look at recent i'd 100% do environment. China's moving nicely with environment.

they can't specify covid or anything, AoS just said COVID coz its a reason why a case study essay could be interesting to test this year
