Hi everyone,
I'm an acclerant that completed 3U maths in 2016.
My results for 3U maths say I got 99/100 Examination and 99/100 Assessment mark.
Why is my HSC mark 100?

Isn't the HSC mark the average...

My guess is your "raw" 99 HSC mark was aligned (to be consistent/comparable with previous years' marks) to 100.

Out of curiosity, did you get state rank? I heard its hard to get state rank for maths as everyone (well.. not everyone) does exceptionally well, where there a quite a lot of people who get 100.
