Freaking out because I know half of them scale pretty badly...ahh!

Dropping chem because it sucks...im topping it and know it scales better but..it really does suck.

Whether your completely screwed depends on your ranks/mark gaps and your ATAR aim.

So what are they? And dropping chem when you are topping it.... you are weird but whatever floats your boat XD

well it really depends how confident you are with those subjects + if you really enjoy those subjects, then continue on with them :)

i think your subjects will scale fine, but its mainly about the marks you get

dw about scaling at all. just ask yourself, do you want to do the best you can? and then just keep on working from there, doing the best you can at each subject:)

your subjects scale wayyy better than mine.
the scaling of mine is shit apparently.

i guess if you do well in them you should be alright though, whatever they are.
and do subjects you enjoy too. it'll make your year 12 experience much better.

This has got to be the 100th thread i've seen where people are worried about scaling. The truth is... it doesn't fucking matter, just do well in the subjects and you'll get a great ATAR. Any combination of subjects can lead to a good ATAR if you do well enough.

your droppin chem and you are coming first in it? are you coming 1st in food tech or biology? for scaling, chemistry is better than those two. if you are passionate about those 2 subjects then i would keep them over chemistry but when you are coming 1st in it maybe i wouldn't.

^ I echo duckcowhybrid's sentiments - however without the use of caps or the f-word.

Those subjects don't scale badly. Especially if you do well in them. Lol I should know I do 5 of them!
