If a European civil war from 400 years ago means that all europeans everywhere have a moral obligation to be pro-immigration, then why doesn't China have an obligation to be pro-immigration?

If Europeans are "evil" for their history of slavery, why aren't arabs considered evil for their at least comparable history of slavery and their continued practice of slavery today?

Why doesn't turkey have an obligation to accept unlimited immigrants given their imperialism and genocide from just over a century ago?
