The essay question for 2014 Business Studies was:
"Analyse both the causes of workplace disputes and the strategies used to resolve them." (BOSTES, 2014)
This seems to be pulled out directly from the 'Students Learn To" section of the syllabus:
"Analyse the causes of two workplace disputes and the strategies used to resolve them" (BOSTES, 2013)
Are the essay questions for Business Studies based entirely on the syllabus possibilities (like 2014) or can it be based on any of the other syllabus outcomes (role of HR, key influences, processes of HR, strategies in HR, effectiveness of HR)?
Also, how do we incorporate relevant case studies into our essay? Should we have multiple case studies or just one big one that allows us to substantiate all our arguments effectively?
Thanks!
