or of being locked up for a victimless crime than i am of actual 'criminals'


realistically, what can the average criminal to do me? steal my wallet and phone? they cost me $20 and $80. I get a bigger fine for driving without p-plates (so the police cant profile me)

sure there is the odd mentally ill person out there who can violently attack without reason and murder me (something that could probably be avoided if i was allowed to carry a gun) but the chances of this are statistically very low

i am much more fearful of having any dealings with police. they are below average intelligence idiots with a gun and a superiority complex because they can enforce laws unquestionably (you know who else was good as this, the TV-SS who ran the gas chambers in ww2)

Whenever being questioned by Police, if you have not been arrested, ask them simply "Am I being arrested or am I free to go?".

Never lose your temper, raise your voice or swear. Treat them as you would treat a mildly retarded human being.

Incorrect. As the hundreds of people verballed throughout the years and individuals that have done nothing other than potentially irritate a cop easily demonstrate, police can, and do, frequently abuse their powers for their own small-minded gains.

the right to silence is the key here. as mentioned above you only need to tell police your name and address. they are not the type of respectable academics many people on BoS seek to be.

please correct if im wrong but police cannot detain for hours of questioning if you are not arrested. therefore all you need to do is cooperate to a reasonable degree, but if possible avoid saying anything (right to silence).
