If you go into the my ACU section there is a box on the right hand side of the page called ask ACU, it may be worth asking about the problem your having through there. Other then that I'm out of ideas, sorry I couldn't of been more help.

Cos i rung those people and they said it is most likely because i accpeted mine on saturday, so it probably will not work until tuesday, which is really really annoying because i will not be home.

student id:is one the offering letter the one that has S at the right hand corner
password:is your birthday date for eg:17 March1984 it should look like this 17031984

I know how you feel, depending on what time my flight leaves i will be calling them as soon as I land.

I had the exact same problem...I called 1300 ASK ACU or whatever it is and they told me heaps of people had the same problem, and it was due to a computer problem. Then I just tried it again and it worked...

So if your still wondering..try now.
