ye my intestine not feelin good over last 2 weeks (probably due to diet) but idk what to do cuz english is in a few days lol

i could probably stomach through it but its gonna be really uncomfortable (((((((((

Fix diet, drink lots of water. Test which painkillers help (you have 3 days to test). If it's still bad, sit the exam but let the supervisor know you're in pain. They will observe you. After the exam, go see a doctor and fill out a misadventure (might be declined because you're not that bad off).

I recommend laxitive. popular brands: ctulose (Duphalac®). Linaclotide (Linzess®). Lubiprostone (Amitiza®).

could be constipation? laxatives and increased fibre intake. stress can make constipation worse so make sure u continue to consume fibre throughout the hsc
