jkjk, no way it's alphabetical haha.

I think all people that tie first in a subject will receive the highest internal mark. It's what happens when a single person comes first, and would be a fair result to multiple people that also come first. Unless there's another way of determining their internal marks.

They get the 2 highest exam marks and average it to give both tied people their assessment mark
