Hey guys,

i want 2 do B. construction management at UWs, its Uai is 67 (2009 cutoff)
anotehr course called housing, its UAi is 60.85.

now, if i put housing as my first offer, ill get an early offer for it if my UAi is 60.85+.

i really wanna do construction mangement, but wouldnt mind doin housing. and i expect my UAI to b around 62-70. what do u guys think i should do

(by the way, im doin my hsc this year)

Champ, you dont need to worry about this stuff now. You know what the UAI expectation is likely to be when you want to do the course try your best to achieve it. As I've been working in construction since a week after my last HSC exam it can be a bit hecktic at times. Hit those books for a year and see how you feel when it comes time to put your preferences in.

isn't housing like if you wanna be a real estate agent???

construction management is like managing the connection between the architects, builders and the government (laws/regulations)? they are different.

but do whatever you want.
