Hey can someone please help me answer this question....assess the importance of a business plan...thanks

According to the BOS Assessing is to Make a judgement of value, quality, outcomes, results or size. So i would dumb it down as why are they important or needed, maybe include an exmaple of a business that didn't plan and failed. I would say that they were highly important, as without a solid business plan including all the KBF's, the business would more than likely fail. Sorry for bas spelling / Grammer.

A business plan gives the business direction so they can stay on track with accomplishing their goals. Without one, they wouldn't know what to do and so will fail, because they have had no direction to lead them.
