Anyone using the Excel HSC Legal Studies textbook should dismiss the NSW criminal court structure provided on page 58 of the text, it is seriously incorrect. The Coroner's and Children's Court should be on the same level as the NSW Local Courts, ad not on a level above. The correct court hierarchy is shown on page 66 of the Hienemann Legal Studies text or, alternatively, in this link provided by the great Asqy himself:
