Lynn decides to try and speak three things at once -

a) she would appreciate if Evan could never, ever speak about such horrifying incidences ever again ("They PUBLISHED that?!?!?!" she shrieks)

b) she thinks Marcus should call singing teacher now, as singing teachers are often unbelievably social creatures who are never home. If Marcus starts calling now, he has a much better chance to catching her

c) she remembers that Monty Python can be most amusing... Lynn laughed hysterically for an entire history lesson once (75 minutes) when her teacher put on Monty Python and Black Adder for an end-of-term treat.

EDIT: Lynn lacks an avatar because someone decided to steal an innocent picture of a 13 yr old off the internet and start using it for their own diabolical purposes. (Lynn had previously never put photos of herself on the net, and now, never will again. Her friend Geoffery had seen Lynn's BOS avatar as someone else's msn avatar - and that was enough to make her take down all pictures of herself on the net immediately)

EDIT: Lynn is perfectly aware that any photos put on the net are fair game to be stolen, however she had no idea anyone would want to steal HER photos... but meh, Lynn has learnt from the experience, and all is now good.

Evan states that not only did they publish it they gave the guy an award for ingenious and intelligent composition for younger readers

Lynn didn't really think that there was a worse "marking centre" than the NSW Board of Studies. Now, she thinks there is competition.

Lynn is confused? Although it does strike her that she does not need to put up a photo of herself as her avatar (although at the time, all IPR members had photos of themselves as their avatars).

Lynn wonders what picture Evan thinks would be a perfect avatar for her.

Edit: Evan wonders if he has offended someone by mentioning avatars as everyone has now disappeared.

Lynn apologises if Evan has been feeling left out - Lynn is currently searching online for someone in Sydney who is capable of mending Bulgarian or "All Stringed" instruments, as Marcus' gadulka is in need of repairs. It is proving difficult, however...

Evan doesn't know what a gadulka is........a kind of hat?

Lynn says that a gadulka is a Bulgarian stringed instrument, and that if Evan wants to know more, he should talk to Marcus when he comes back online.

Lynn is helping to search for somewhere that might be able to repair it, but as it is not a very common choice of instrument here in Australia... Lynn is hopeful though, and is making some inquiries.

She wonders how Evan is spending his holidays, aside from enjoying the wonderment that is IPR?

Justin thinks that if Evan has a basic idea of what he wants to write about, then he could very well have started. Having said that, Justin hadn't written anything by this time last year.

Neither had Lynn... in fact, she thinks Marcus is the only one to have had a clear idea of what he wanted to do at this stage of the game...

Evan lives in the shire and yes all work and no play makes a dull boy. Evan desperately wants to play but unfortunately time is running out.
Evan has done several drafts but found them all to be absolute garbage however all the plotting and requisite research is done as well as the foundation for a proposal which is pretty damn good since Evan has had one phone conversation with his ext. teacher and thats it.
