Open the file in Adobe Photoshop. Click on the "Image" dropdown menu. Then find "Image Size" and change the image size. Ensure that you have "fixed aspect ratio" enabled, or else it wil get really screwed.

"Fixed Aspect Ratio" is just a little box which you can click or unclick in the "Image Size" option. Ensure that it is enabled. Marcus urges Lynn not to fret.

and Lynn had to wear 10cm high heels because skirt was intended to fit person of "normal" height.

Lynn created a whole lot of waffle in Supporting Documents about wanting hem of skirt to "overflow" onto floor, symbolic of waves overflowing onto beaches..............

Lynn assumes she is supposed to be relieved to hear that, although she does admit that friend who downsized her photos is gay and proud of it

Alan is on 56k, and did not manage to view all the photos, only the first.

Marcus loves the form and colour of the work. The way the fabric falls and flows at the hem area (not very technical, hehe) is beautiful; and the pastiche of colours around the waist is visually enticing.
