hey, so far, as hard as i try ive only managed to produce b range essays, can some one help me out and improve my essay structure.

so far i am using this structure for the 'using sources' type questions.

Intro: pose subject/problem
explore its complications
the causes

body: topic sentence
analysis: indentifying components & the relationships between them
explain cause & effect
evidence to back up statement
refer back to question

conclusion: sum up pts & reanswer question

for the 'usefullness & reliability' type question i use a modified ver of OMACRU

Content-what does the source contain? how is it usefull
Origin-what type of source is it, where did it come from? Is it reliable
Motive-what is the author's objective & purpose?
Audience-who is the intended audience? is it useful for them?
Assessment-final judgement based on points given

appreciate any advice & improvements given

usually it's good to add some historiography. having other people's opinions to back your argument up will get you into the A grades for sure + the stuff you're already doing.
