hey
just got my English speech question
the question is:
"Present a 3 minute speech arguing why the text you chose should be included in an anthology of texts called "In search of belonging"
the text I chose was "way home" by libby hathorn.
any ideas of how I can tackle this???

* it highlights the prevalence of disconnection from nature within urbanised environments (and its implications for younger generations and their ability to forge a dynamic sense of belonging to place)
* it asks the audience to consider the differing perspectives on contentment & modern disenchantment (& its implications for affinity with communities & society), as conveyed by the contrast between character (text) and environment (illustrations)
