I wouldn't take these to be the exact answers but it gives you an idea. Give or take a couple of marks for an approximate result.
what is ur suggested answer for question 4,11,13, and 15?

also there was another question about the ABC convo. What could Kylee have done to help keep the customer up to date (or something), it was worth 3 marks, what did everyone write o_O

I said Kylee could have given the client a more direct contact number such as her own personal mobile phone number or she could have asked for the client's number and kept the client constantly updated about the progress of the deal and stuff...

Q - 15 - D (but i'm not sure on that one so don't take my word for it)
