Just missed out on UTS?

The door is still open. INSEARCH gives you a second chance to get into a degree of your choice at UTS.

INSEARCH offers one year diploma courses that lead into the second year of most degrees at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Australian Year 12 graduates who score below the UAI cut-off for UTS undergraduate courses in 2006 can choose to study at INSEARCH for a year and gain an alternative entry into the second year of a UTS degree program. Students who achieve the required average mark (WAM) at INSEARCH, are guaranteed a place at UTS.

INSEARCH is a Higher Education Provider and is therefore able to offer eligible students access to the Australian Government Loan Scheme FEE-HELP.

If I were to score a UAI below the UAI cut-off for my desired subject, will the fees be higher ?

INSEARCH course fees are standard. No matter what UAI result you have received INSEARCH fees will remain the same.

If you are interested in undertaking an INSEARCH diploma course, INSEARCH offers eligible students (Australian Citizens and holders of permanent humanitarian visas) the ability to apply for FEE-HELP.

FEE-HELP is an initiative of the Australian Government that allows Australian Students not receiving government support to study now and pay later. Students studying, or enrolling to study in the future, can apply for FEE-HELP. FEE-HELP is a loan from the Australian Government which is repaid through the tax system when student’s income passes a certain level.

You say if you get the required WAM you are GAURENTEED a place in UTS?

I am considering a Bus Diploma so what would be the required WAm to GAURENTEE me a place in UTS B BUS????
