21 lines per page x 41 pages x 6 words a line.

5166.

Or under 3 minutes per page.

I filled six booklets neatly save maybe 5 pages overall.. Almost two full booklets per module.
So thats what, 43 pages?

6 words a line

Assuming theres 20 lines a page allowing for line breaks for paragraphs and scribbling

Roughly 5100 give or take which is an estimated 1700 words per essay. Thats not exacty, I scribbled and sometimes wasted lines, but
I dominate paper 2. Always have. ^^

I'm guessing around 3500? By the looks of my prepared essays. But I have no idea how many words/line or anything. Mine varies... it looks like 3 or 4 different people have written my essays at times.

Yeah I wrote 1983 words. I spent most of the rest of the time counting exactly how many words I wrote, and not approximating, because that is time well spent.

What a charming chap.

I think about 1000 for each essay.
That's 7 pages for me.
Maybe a bit less on Mod C and more on Mod A (I started on Mod A and finished on Mod C. Guess which one I did in the middle) so it evened itself out

Dammit, now that I'm looking through this thread, I see I am among the "dwarves of enterprise" here.

Ah god...Module B is still getting to me...(In the Skin of a Lion)

I write like 5 words per line and I think there are 20 lines per page. So...
I wrote...

3800 words approximately.

You do the math now.

About 3400 I think. Any more and I probably would have broken my hand :p I'd forgotten how much doing exams actually hurts.

what kind of question is that ? what, someone's gonna sit there during precious exam time and count how many words. yeah realistic.

estimating is even more useless.

I wrote 9 pages for module C, 10 pages for module B and 7.5 pages for module A.

6-7 words per line?

But it's not quantity, it's really not. I just wish I had a bit of quality.
i know wat you mean! lol, i wrote about 28 pages, 5-6 words per line, but i dont think much of it was quality, but hey i can say i wrote 28 pages!

And they ask how long until the HSC goes computerised. Interestingly, a study has shown that teachers subconsciously mark much harder if its typed- even if from an exam with time pressure- because they are used to polished typed essays.

For myself,

(7 pgs + 7 pgs + 5 pgs)*10 words per line*21 lines= approx 4000
