Hi,

Im so annoyed with UTS SAU and Admin ppl, they never pick up the phone and they answer ma emails in like 2 weeks.

Now, hopefully someone here can chill me down a bit.. = )

i have accepted my internal course transfer and was sent a confirmation email on the 28th. it read that I could start web-enroling in my new course instantly.

When I open my student admin, web-enrolement is stalled for me somehow.
It said I did not have access to self enrol in the subjects.. WTF????

So, I was wondering if anyone here knew when web-enrolement will reopen for internal course transfer accepted students??

Thanks

Van

It's because you can't self-enroll in a new COURSE, that has to be done by the registrar's division (SAU). Once that's done you should be able to enrol.

Lexicographer,

But, the email says:
"Your Internal Course Transfer acceptance has been received, and has authorised
the university to withdraw you from your previous course. You have been
admitted to your new course, and you may now commence your online enrolment and
subject registration. Please go to the My Student Admin website:

http://www.uts.edu.au/onestop/studentadmin/"

It clearly states that I can enrol in my new course?
So, as u are saying I cant enrol but SAU can do it for me?

That is interesting. I can't say I've done this myself because when I got my ICS it was still all paper. If MSA isn't working I guess you can really only call either ITD or SAU.

Way too many acronyms

It may have just been a delay, try again now. If that doesn't work call them and hope that someone answers the phone. Otherwise you could physically drop in...?
