Internal program transfer (1 Viewer)

Hello!

I have a few questions about internal program transfer at unsw. I was thinking about taking up media (pr & advertising) and then transferring to commerce/media (pr & advertising) dual degree -- essentially just picking up commerce alongside original degree

1. Is it possible to transfer before second semester?

2. Would it be difficult to maintain a 75 wam?

3. Do they only account for the scores you earn in uni and not include atar?

4. Any other tips on internal program transfers?

Depends on your subjects, but if you are doing PR & Advertising for 1 semester... Probably not? You would be doing ARTS1090 and MDIA1002 which are pretty easy to get good marks in, as is ARTS1010 if you choose it as an elective.

Only your WAM is considered, unless you had dropped out before any WAM/assessments could be given as far as I am aware.

4.

Good luck with the IPT. I think as long as you do decently and stay focused on what you want to do then you should be fine
