i was just wondering if any one who is doing intro to bus law dis semester or if u hav already done it ...
how is the court report supose to be set out??
can u use sub headings or is it all in one?
if sumone could help me plz

from wat i hav spoken to from other people who hav dun it they said that they just inclued the pro bono stuff separtly at the bottom of their report so i think i just put a sub heading and do it that way cuz theres no real way to know if the case u saw had a plaintiff or def that was recieving legal aid... well das wat i thought...

i was wondering also do you know wat the PUblic Defenders Scheme is in Nsw as i looked it up n it cumz up wit the Public Denders Office....

do u know newhere i can get ne info on the pds would be much appreciated

Do you mean counsel? Probably the sides representing each of the parties
