1. Product rule + d(tan^-x)/dx = 1/(1+x^2)
2. From answer to Q1, rearrange to make tan^-x the subject and then integrate, make sure you integrate the derivate to get back to the original expression
3. Use substitution

$texture{That means }\int tan^{-1}x + \frac{x}{1+x^{2}} dx = \int tan^{-1}x dx + \int \frac{x}{1+x^{2}} dx = x tan^{-1}$

$\textrm{The second integral is easy to find that means you can find the first integral as well}$
