Restrict the domain of the function to a monotonic decreasing curve and find the inverse function of this domain

f(x) = 3/ x^2

I got the domain as x>0 and range as y>0

So I sketched the right half of f(x) and reflected it about y=x. The inverse function graph shown was positive and the answer says:

f-1(x) = - (3/x)^1/2 whilst I got positive. What have I done wrong? :/

Red is answer. The Red as you can see is a reflection by the curve on the left, which is monotonic increasing. Answer is wrong, or question is wrong.

It said monotonically decreasing not increasing so yeah. I think the answer is wrong
