But anyway, don't get so aggro pro-Israel supporters. Israel is far more capable of launching a first strike based on intelligence, and were Iran to fire a nuke towards Iran, Israel should have it's new anti-missile Arrow thingamajig ready which can pwn it, amongst other technology. And then hey, Israel would finally have an excuse to use it's nuclear weapons and THEN there will be peace xD. Hopefully that never happens though, and Iran have an epiphany or lose their nuclear capabilities in some kind of military strike.
You are seriously overestimating Israel's anti-missile defenses. A volley of missiles would overwhelm their anti-missile defences and only one of the missiles need to have a nuclear warhead on it.

True as per their current defence capabilities. However the new Arrow defence system which has almost been developed has multi anti-missile defence capabilities.

But there is always a margin of error, and you're right, a missile could get through. Nevertheless, I fully doubt Iran would ever actually fire a missile at Israel unless it was in response to one being fired at it. They wouldn't even do it in response to a full invasion, imo, as they'd know the implications of it (also, the nuclear fallout would probably drift over Iran as well). The only real danger of Iran having the missiles is if they were to get into the hands of terrorists.

The real danger is that it would give Iran freedom of action to give greater freedom of action to support terrorists.
