Last year... Public, not blocked... but I heard they blocked the forum and left the resources section open for everyone later on though.

Public school and it isn't blocked. Every single proxy website is blocked though :| I used a teachers login a few times back in the day, only to disable firewalls to play a LAN game in class xD

I had the luxury of not having it blocked at my school for the first half of year 12.

This was a public school though. I'm not sure, but I think now its blocked at the school.
