Is it possible for me to get a 90+ ATAR..? (1 Viewer)

I've never really studied seriously for school and i've always got above average-ish... I've been told that the HSC doesn't determine how smart you are, but more how well/effectively you can study.
All the uni courses i've been looking at seem to be in the high 90's.. Is this possible for me considering I'm not particularly smart?
