to have a possibility at 95 from 400's you basically have to dux.
so you really shouldn't be having any problems with internal rank.

What about internal ranks for a school averaging 90-110 rank. What internal rank for the same subjects OP mentioned would you be wanting for 90+ atar. Top 10% in ranks for each assessment?

That sounds about right. I think to maintain those ranks you’d need mid/high band 5’s to low/mid band 6’s, although band 6’s are more favourable.
