Hi there,
I am in year 10 and interested in sitting the HSC Chemistry Examination next year. Is this a good idea? If yes, any tips on what to do or how hard the course is. If no, why?

You may be able to do Chem in one year at TAFE.

Would the experience in tafe be enjoyable for you though? It would be a massive rush to complete the course.

Note there are some complications because the new syllabus for Year 11 begins next year.
Obviously you would have to sit the old syllabus which may be an administrative challenge.
