is it possible to get a 90+ ATAR with a vet subject (1 Viewer)

So, i am planning to drop 3U maths which will leave me with 10units for my HSC

just wondering if it is possible to get a 90+ ATAR without doing an extension course????

my other subjects are:
standard eng (top 20)
biology (top 3)
pdhpe (top 5)
retail services (top 5)
maths 2U/3U (top 5 for 2U, almost last for 3U)

school rank is around 200th

yes it is, just work hard, study hard, stop worrying so much

No point in dropping ext. 1 math (btw its not really that hard once you get whats going on) as it won't count towards your ATAR if you get a horrid mark in it. Just keep it see how you do or else you will regret dropping it.

it's not hard... it's just time consuming for me and all these formulas i have to remember

how are you coming top 5 in 2u but bottom half in 3u? and you even say that 3u isn't hard.

my classmates are crazy, those who are at the top for 3U are doing 4U maths, so that is why im topping 2U. I dont try hard for 3U because i thought i got no chance of coming first anyways.... I just want to know the possibilities of getting a 90+ ATAR without doing an extension course LOL.
Do you know anyone who got that?

Lol I know countless people with 90+ doing no extensions. And a considerable amount getting 95+. Oh and there's a BOSer that's sometimes around that got 99.85 with no extensions.

did he do a VET course though? because i heard that thing drags you down heaps

Yes, i'm doing a vet course and will gurantee you I will get > 90 Atar. No doubt.
