You mean, use the texts in section 1 as related texts for section 2 and 3?

Yes you can, however you won't get good marks.

So even if I analyse them well, I wont get good marks? Is there a reason for this or is just because teachers expect students to find their own stuff.

Terrible, terrible idea, just goes to show that you didn't prepare for the exam, cannot be bothered, and gives the overall general impression you are lazy... now I do believe that somewhere teachers had said something about catching the markers attention from the start. Well, using the short answers section as a related text for the extended would possibly catch their attention
