Hey is there a high chance i can get a 96+ ATAR with these subjects?

Mathematics (2 unit)
English Advanced
Legal Studies
Biology (accelerated got 94 in it last year)
Chemistry?

Is yes what marks should i be aiming for in these subjects??

You can get any ATAR with any set of subjects. The harder you wok the higher the chance.

Maybe ~90 should be enough You would want all band 6

You can get any ATAR with any combination of subjects (possibly with a few rare exceptions). You should be aiming to get high 80's (88/89) low 90's in each subject in order to get at least 96.
