they're generally used to emphasis/accentuate a particular emotion. Plosives emphasise anger,liquids emphasise a calm/eloquent demeanor etc

This is stupid; use these terms with caution because alliteration is enough to pass for an analytical technique. If you want to be more specific then qualify the alliteration with the actual sound:

e.g. The alliterative 'g' sound...

P, K, T, F alike generally connote something relating to anger, strength or frustration due to its harsh sounds.

S, L, M, N and assonance alike generally connote the opposite through the effective elongation of the word.

Recommend against using these as techniques unless for analysing a song/composition, it'll probably look like cherrypicking otherwise.
