Do girls have legal obligations to disclose any STD?

i could have aids and go around fucking girls, yay
You DO have a legal obligation to disclose that you have AIDS before having unprotected sex.

Crimes Act 1958 - SECT 19A:
Intentionally causing a very serious disease
19A. Intentionally causing a very serious disease
(1) A person who, without lawful excuse, intentionally causes another person to be infected with a very serious disease is guilty of an indictable offence.
Penalty: Level 2 imprisonment (25 years maximum).

I was just kidding there, there are laws saying things..... does the law relates to STDs as well, because the wonderful OP don't want to get AIDS or STD's

Not unless the girl is tested directly. There are symptoms for different STDs such as skin rash, blisters and diarrhoea etc (there are ones which are much worse), but they could have those symptoms due to other reasons. In other words, you have to either ask the girl and she truthfully gives you the correct answer (given that she is aware), or she is clinically tested.

I think that has been repealed.
