IS THIS A BAD IDEA?? -Related text (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of doing Haile Selassie's June 1936: Appeal To The League Of Nations as my related text for the trials coming up in a couple of weeks.
It seems like its kind of out of left field but i just think its a great speech that does showcase aspects of belonging.

My prescribed is Romulus, is it a bad idea to do a historical related text for belonging?

As long as you can relate to your main text, there's no bad idea or bad text..
