There's a really easy way for the Gazans to stop having airstrikes launched against them. It's called: "not firing rockets at israel."

It's not an issue of whether or not the rockets are dangerous. If it's pretty clear that firing rockets at israel results in them launching airstrikes, why would you do it? Like I said, it's a bunch of morons ruining any chance of peace for the rest of the Gazans.

BTW, sidewinders missiles aren't for hitting ground targets with and targetted strikes aren't "hitting random buildings."
Edit: If they were random strikes we wouldn't get to see that cool looking black and white footage.

Well, they could've sent Mossad in for a targeted assassination. I mean, Mossad can track down Hamas terrorists in the heart of Gaza. It's the only reason the Israeli Air Force know which buildings to hit.

Good vid...& to extend the metaphor, imagine what would happen if the Palestinians had a wing of F-18 fighters. Would they just use them responsibly like the Israeli's do and just protect their own land or limit their incursions to 40 miles into Israel like they are doing with their rockets? No, they would try to wipe out Israel as fast as they could.

Mossad assassinations actually would have been a good idea. Like they did after Munich. Way less collateral damage, same effect (little slower perhaps).
Or special forces incursion and targeted raids on Hamas buildings. Probably result in more Israeli casualties, but at least they wouldn't be losing the propaganda war as much as they are, and the casualties would be soldiers, not civilians.
