I need some ideas of issues relating to juvenile justice and crime...

I did an assignment on Juvenile Justice for prelim... recidivism's a good thing to look at, and if young offenders "keep going", so to say, into their adult years, if the legal system is "too soft" on juveniles... i can't remember off the top of my head, but there's heaps you can look at.
