i am officially hating being inbetween finishing school and starting uni at the age of 17. i'm 18 in august.. far too long away argh

Enjoy it.
When I turned 18 (only in november mind, I was only a little young for the year luckily) I had the bombshell of:

Having to do ALL my laundry
Parents refusing to pay for ANYTHING from deo to insurance to phone bill to petrol even if they use up the stuff that I put in..
realising that any small petty crime (even if accidentally done) gives me a permanent record.

But then I REMEMBER...

ALCOHOL, CLUBS... GREEN P PLATES.... hell yes

Exact same as me a couple of years back. It was pretty annoying.

after uni starts and after the first few weeks when everyone is getting to know eachother by going to pubs and clubs

so unfair
