I heard that last year the 80th or so ranked person at Ruse got 99.3, I could be wrong though.

erm, I go to ruse and it's not all that big of a deal.
and yeah- our average UAI is around that number. 99 point something or other.
it's a pretty normal school. I swear =)

I am pretty sure JRAGH isn't much different from other normal public school. Only different thing is the contents (i.e. students).

They probably teach you the same thing with similar materials.

well it's a bit different
we learn things more indepth and faster than other schools? I think.
the kids aren't "smart". we're "average" but we study harder, or we remember stuff better, or we cram better, or have better motivation. everyone in ruse is basically a normal kid.

I guess all schools are basically the same. The only difference with James Ruse is that there's a much more competitive environment which pushes you to work hard. It doesn't matter which school you go to, but how hard you are willing to work. Oh and of course teachers, even Ruse has teachers who aren't very good at what they do.

Urgh... i hate to ask this... but....... is anyone else having trouble with the Maths 2U Adv book (the Fitzpatrick one)? I'm going to be a new student next year and have NFI on three quarters of the stuff in the book. Anyone want to help?
