I am applying for Medicine and dentistry for JCU. Written application form - is it same for both courses. Do I have to fill out separate form for both course and one same form will suffice for both the courses.

I believe it is one but there should be an option to say you are applying for both. Always call to check!

One application = same form sufficing for both courses. It says on the application form that you have to place a tick next to the courses that you wish to apply for.
