i thought orbach was a great actor..... its sad that he's passed away

yeh its sad. i was eagerly awaiting the L&O 'trial by jury' series but now it will probably be delayed. plus there won't be any "after-retirement" guess appearances from lenny briscoeon law and order anymore.

onto something else about L&O, who will the DA's for the 2005 season?

i'll miss him... there shall always be repeats, however.

i'm full into CI and SVU now. Traditional L&O was gettin faded hxc.
anyone catch Jerry's final show?
i thought they didnt make enough of a deal out of it..... but i spose they couldnt really... without ruining the way the show is.

channel 10 made such a huge deal out of his final ep, "the case that breaks him", and then you watched the ep and it was just like, "ok, i'm retiring. see ya". fricken tv stations and their hyped up ads. was still good though

unfortunately i didnt catch his final episode, i wish i had though... so they didnt make it a big thing?? i dunno i dont reckon his character would have suited like a huge big sad farewell with millions of tears and stuff... but thats just my opinion

i don't think so either, it's just that channel 10 advertised as the case that broke him, as if it would be such a fucked up case that he couldn;t take the work anymore, but in the end it was just an ordinary case with a simple goodbye. i'm not disappointed with the ep, it's just the way that channel ten buggered around with what it was all about
