If you were a bit of a slacker in junior school (years 7 - 10) could you still get an atar of 90+ if you focussed in year 11 and 12,
-1 hour of study for all subjects each day
-Pay attention in class
-Note take everything
-Revise each weekend

The short answer is yes - but take into account that quality study will always be more beneficial than a larger quantity of study.

No, they have to catch up to the work they missed, especially maths

Well yes obviously. Except maybe you'd struggle with mathematics.
But I feel like yes is the only answer you're looking for in this thread.

Depends on your skill level and ability - it can be done, but not be everyone. Too be honest, what you're proposing is a pretty solid study schedule - it doesn't seem like a lot, but it's a lot more than what most do.

I got literally straight D's and E's in year 10, didn't study for over 2 hours for that entire year and got multiple non-completion of course notices. Now i am finished year 12 and am aiming for at least a 90

Lol i worked my ass off for year 10 and screwed up big time in year 11. I got all A's for junior and C's for senior. I dunno why. lol. Not worth it. Anyways definitely but try to only do 2 subjects each day or else you will feel too stressed/crammed. anyways good luck!

You can get 90+ even if you slack in year 11
