Hey Guys,
Im in year 11 and after a really good uai, i want to be a high school teacher.
Im a bit discouraged because i dont think the subjects i chose are going to get me the uai i need, im doing Advanced English, modern history, drama, visual art, textiles and design and general maths. i knwo i'd have to go really well at all of them to even get close to a good uai, did anyone do these suvjects and get a resonable uai? im scared of failing coz i have no back up plan... teaching is all ive ever wanted to do.
does anyone know the newcastle uni uai you need to get into high school teaching?

I don't think teaching requires that high of a UAI.

And you can get a high UAI with any subjects as long as you do well in them. You just can't get as high a UAI as people who do as well in harder subjects.
