K-pop will not successfully break into Western mainstream anytime soon. Maybe in the mid-late 90s (when boy bands and girl groups were huge) it could've happened, but not at this point in time (right now even Western pop groups in particular rarely taste success in mainstream).

Who knows? BoA is going to be in a movie in America soon. Maybe this will be the 'spark'

news flash, hipsters. K-pop is a mainstream event like woodstock. You better find some other fringe thing to build your identity around.

Nope. They aimed for 30000

but only 20000 came
Around 20,000 is correct. Great to see K-Pop so appreciate in Australia :p. I hope they can bring more artists and concerts to Australia now since Hallyu is rising here. I hope they can bring YG and possibly more prominent Jyp artists like wonder-girls XD. I'm pleased about DBSK and SNSD.
