If u've managed to get your hands on a copy of Ken Park, what do u think of it? I think it was a dead set decent peice of cinimatogrophy...pure art, unlike most of the shit released these days.

For those of you who do know what it is, it is a film banned because of sex scenes...beurocrats, its bull shit, one minute they crie civil liberties and free speech, then ban this?

i can kinda see why it was banned from the cinemas coz it had actual sex, didn't it? hmmm i don't know, parts of it was pretty disturbing, like when the guy (tate?) masturbates to anna kournikova playing tennis and he hangs a sock around his neck like a noose.... but i thougth the part where he kills his grandparents and says that he got an erection from seeing them lying there, dead.... that was eeerrrrgh.

i liked the juxtaposition in the film, though. like when the girl's got her boyfriend tied to the bed, and his hand slightly brushes against the cross dangling from the wall.

Yeah, all the main actors were over 18. I got of a mates computer.

It was a film that tried to make a statement about small town society in the US, and it was banned. They should of still allowed it to be sold as video..i mean they allow porno to be sold.

cinematically genius... is it just my copy, or was there a huge gap near the end and it just showed the threesome? I'm not complaining though...
