I dunno. I reckon they're both pretty heinous. Israel is an arrogant bully that starts wars killing thousands, and regularly steals land off another country leaving hundreds homeless. China executes thousands, takes over territories but I'm sure if you took it on a per capita basis, then it would be quite equal. Also consider that China is improving, whereas Israel doesn't show any signs of wanting to give up anything, and continually makes things worse.
