My biology assessment has 2 parts: kidney disection and diagram of xylem cells.

The description of kidney disection is:
Make a longitudinal dissection of the sheep's kidney. Draw your dissection and label it. Using labels, indicate on your diagram the different colouration in each area and the reason for it.

The questions i need help with are:

(A) Justify why a longitudinal disection of the mammalian kidney was made. (75 words)
(B) Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of this experiment and suggest ways it could be improved. (125 words)

do u mean nephron, not xylem?
