Laboratory textbooks and notebooks (1 Viewer)

Trying to find out how onerous the number of paper books there are required for a typical science-based laboratory class. Textbooks, manuals, lab notebooks, safety sheets, assignment books...anyone have any examples?

In addition to what you mentioned, there are many other tasks of varying complexity.
